What We Do:

  • Define and prioritize the elements of the benefit strategy-- including prevention, wellness, health benefits and retirement—so that we can help you make the most effective use of your healthcare resources.
  • Develop the RFP (Request for proposal) or RFQ (Request for quote) which go to brokers and insurance providers to write a plan. They will do it at no cost eliminating your need to hire additional advisors.
  • Evaluate proposals from brokers and insurance providers to ensure the plan they provide is comprehensive, cost effective, and within legal parameters embracing the long term vision and healthcare philosophy of your company.
  • Provide guidance and counsel during the decision making process when you are selecting a plan.
  • Write the communications to be sent to employees to ensure their understanding, minimize their dissatisfaction, and explain what actions they need to take and by when. Inspire them to take responsibility for their own health.
  • Provide advice and counsel as to how you can expect your employees to react and the best way to respond.
