Linda Becker

As an innovative leader and the founder of Healthcare Benefit Network, Linda Becker is passionate about making a lasting impact that radically improves the quality and delivery of healthcare for all Americans.

After 24 years, Linda left a successful corporate career at Xerox as the vice president/general manager of their $2.4 billion worldwide color business. Her first entree into healthcare was to pursue an opportunity in Kodak’s Health Imaging Division. As a corporate vice president and general manager, Linda led a team of 4,000 people responsible for their digital business which included Computed Radiography, Digital Radiography, Digital Mammography, PACS, Laser Imaging, Electronic Medical Records, as well as Software and Services.

In 2002, Linda founded LSB Consultants, LLC and began dedicating more of her time to healthcare. She assumed a role on the Board of Directors of Rochester General Hospital System, an integrated healthcare system comprised of seven affiliates providing healthcare services for the Rochester community. She is now serving her third term as Chairman of the Healthcare Services Board.

Recognizing the difficulty of the challenge and the size of the opportunity in healthcare, Linda created a division of LSB Consultants called Healthcare Benefits Network.

Linda was the recipient of the 1997 International Athena Award for her leadership, community involvement and career accomplishments.  She resides in Rochester with her husband Larry Becker and is the proud mother of David and Jeffrey.
